Our new 9:30pm to 7:30am shift overlaps our weekday early morning and late night shifts to insure that we have coverage 24 hours a day on every business day. Of course we continue to offer help desk on Sundays, from 9:00 to 5:00. This support initiative at Stemp is designed to both respond to client support requests at any time of the day or night and to proactively work on server and workstation patching during client off-hours. We believe that keeping current with vendor patches and upgrades is key to maintaining performance, stability, and security. In order to not disrupt our clients’ operations, we use these nighttime and Sunday off-hours to install these patches.

Unlike many of our competitors who subcontract off-hour help desk services from other countries or other companies, Stemp employs a full-time staff member who is fully trained on our client’s systems and key business applications, working in our Long Island City office with all of our support resources available, to serve our clients throughout the night.
